Yolanda Darby-Richardson, Senior Attorney
Yolanda Darby-Richardson graduated summa cum laude from the University of North Carolina Charlotte and the University of Maryland School of Law. She was admitted to the Maryland Bar in November 2001. She has dedicated her practice to helping the people of Maryland help themselves for over 20 years. More than 15 of those years have been focused exclusively on Social Security Disability and Supplemental Security Income cases, representing claimants nationwide. When she is not in court, she enjoys time with her family, gardening, and finding something new to build with her power tools.
Amber Hrica, Legal Assistant
Amber Hrica graduated from Patterson High School in 2005. She started working for Disability Support Services in early 2006, left for a short period, and returned in 2012. She has been with the company for almost 15 years. She is dedicated to helping people with their Social Security cases and giving them the assistance and support they may need through the long process. When she is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, watching her son play baseball, and going outdoors when the weather is nice.
Thrish Hanley, Office Manager
Thrish Hanley started working for Disability Support Services in 2011 and has been with the company for 13 years. She has worked in various positions in the company over the years and is currently the Office Manager. She is very dedicated to her clients and enjoys explaining the process to them so they are aware of what happens at every step. When she is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and shopping for great deals.
